Return Policy

If you have any concerns with your order and wish to return an item, please email us at info@theloftyleash.com within 7 days of your delivery date, listing your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with instructions to process your refund. All items must be returned within 21 days of delivery and meet the following criteria:

  1.  Refunds are processed for returned items(s) that are new, unworn, hair-free, unused, with all the original tags attached and in the same condition in which it was received. Due to hygienic reasons, refunds will not be processed for items returned that do not meet these criteria, nor will the item be returned to you at the expense of The Lofty Leash.
  2. Contact us by email at info@theloftyleash.com within 7 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Securely pack, include receipt and return the item to the address noted in our email response to your notification requesting a refund.
  4. All return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer except for the customer receiving a faulty/damaged item. Please consider mailing your item with tracking, as we do not accept responsibility for external circumstances and items lost during the mailing process.
  5. Upon receipt of a returned item and all return item criteria being met, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund in process. The refund process may take up to 7 business days to post to your account.
  6. Due to our unique and limited inventory, we do not accept exchanges currently.
  7. All items marked Final Sale are ineligible for refunds.

Note:  The Lofty Leash offers unique high quality and well manufactured products, however, our products require care and are not indestructible.  We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused by the use or misuse of our products.
